The Central Government may at any time issue such directories as it may consider it necessary to the affairs of the Council and the Council shall be bound to compley with such
directives.
In respect of the moneys provided by the Central Government of the Council by way of grants or other wise , the Central Government may appoint one or more persons to acquire
into the affairs of the society and any institutions there of and to report thereon in such manner as the Central Government may stipulate in this behalf and may also call for such
reports and other information with respect to the property and affairs of the Council as it may deem fit.
EXPLANATION - Central Government shall for the purpose of this Memorandum of Association,mean the administrative ministry in respect of Handicraft of Government of India.
