A notice of any General Meeting shall be issued to all the members.

The notice shall specify the date , time venue and agenda of the meeting and contain a statement of the businessto be transacted at the meeting.

A meeting of the General Body may be called only after giving not less than 14 days notice in writing to all members . However, an emergency meeting may be called with a shorter notice by the Director with the permission of the Chairperson.

Any inadvertent omission to give notice to any member or non-receipt of notice by any member shall not invalidate the proceedings of the meeting.
